What this site is

Toolfork (toolfork.net) is a directory of SaaS tools and their alternatives. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors, why, and how it's used.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't sell it.

If you'd rather not be tracked, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, or you can use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

We don't currently run ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the ad networks involved and the cookies or tracking they use before any ads go live.

Data from other sources

Product information (pricing, features, screenshots) is sourced in part from the SaaSHub API and the vendors' own public websites. This is factual product data, not personal information about you.

Accounts

There's no visitor account system on Toolfork — upvoting a tool doesn't require signing up and isn't tied to any personal information, just a marker stored in your own browser so you can't vote for the same tool twice.

Contact
